After nearly two years of living here, I have finally obtained a permanent Visa. The wait for a Visa is about nine months from when the paper work is received until you receive a letter telling you whether or not you are to be issued one. It took me a year extra due to translation mishaps, wrong paper work, and missing paper work. At least that is all behind us now, and I have a legal right to stay in Norway.
